What shipping method do you use?

We ship using USPS Priority Mail.  Your order will be processed for shipment within 1 to 5 business days.  Please allow an additional 1 to 4 days for delivery times, depending on your location.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping costs are $6.50 per order using USPS Priority Mail with tracking confirmation.

What if I want to track my order?

When you use our "Track Your Order" feature, it will only include when your order is "New", "In Progress" or "Complete".  We will email you with your shipping information and tracking number as soon as it becomes available. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Faith Stones Jewelry does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California.  If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 7.25% for sales tax.  Residents of San Joaquin County will be charged according to the state tax rate of city where order originated. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover through our secure merchant gateway.

  

How do you package my jewelry?

Your jewelry is placed in a handmade fabric gift bag and tied with ribbon. Storing your jewelry in the fabric bag will help to keep it clean.  The fabric bag is then surrounded with additional plastic padding before being placed in a padded envelope to ensure extra protection during shipping.  

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes.  All exchanges must be made within seven days of receipt of jewelry and customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred.  You must email our customer service department to begin the exchange process.

What should I do if the shipment is damaged?

Please email our customer service department as soon as possible.  We will replace your damaged shipment and you will not be charged for shipping charged incurred with the return or with the replacement piece. Please read our Shipping Rates and Return Polices for complete instructions on returning your jewelry.  

Where is your jewelry made?

Every piece of jewelry in the Faith Stones Jewelry Collection is designed and created by hand in our studio in Ripon, California.   We are not mass producers.  Each piece is one-of-a-kind as each stone is unique in design and hue.  No two pieces are exactly the same and designs will be sold out as certain stones are no longer available.
