Shipping Rates & Policies

SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping costs are $6.50 per order using USPS Priority Mail with tracking confirmation.

TAXES:
 
Faith Stones Jewelry does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California.  If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 7.25% for sales tax.  Residents of San Joaquin County will be charged according to the state tax rate of city where order originated.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and conditions of these Policies. The Purchase Policy is subject to change at anytime. When a purchase is made using a credit card, the card holder authorizes the Company to process their order. In the event of a back order the card holder further authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as long as the order is not cancelled in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy.


PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:

All pricing and product availability are subject to change. We will honor any valid order including wrong product pricing as long as you have a valid order number.

SHIPPING TIMES AND POLICIES 

 1.  SHIPPING TIME - We normally ship orders within 1 to 5 days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and actual delivery time will vary according to your zip code location (in most cases it averages 1 to 4 business days from the day the order was shipped).  This schedule may vary during seasonal peak times.  We will contact you immediately if your item is no longer available or has been discontinued for any reason.
2.  CANCELLED ORDERS - Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Return shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.  Please email or call our Customer Service Department to cancel an order.  

3.  RETURNS, DAMAGE CLAIMS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT    Customers must email our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or defective product, or any other discrepancy.  All returns must be approved by Faith Stones Jewelry.  Return Authorization numbers will be issued to you by our Customer Service Department and must appear on the outside of each returned package.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  No refunds or exchanges will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization.

IMPORTANT: Do not destroy shipping and packaging materials until advised by our Customer Service Department as to how to proceed. 

All returns will be inspected upon receipt and full refund or replacement will be issued based upon condition of returned goods. Customer's credit card account used at the time of purchase will be refunded the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective shipments.

4.  REFUSED SHIPMENTS -   A 20% restocking charge is assessed for all refused shipments and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
